The manufacturer Hörmann offers different warranty periods for specific product groups. Due to the abundance of not entirely clear publications in various places, we present the following summary.

**Garage Doors**

• 10 years warranty on the door panel.
• 5 years warranty on the door panel covered with Hörmann Decograin foil.
• 2 years warranty on moving parts of the doors (hinges, rollers, springs).

**Drives and Accessories**

• 5 years warranty on the drive heads for Hörmann ProMatic and SupraMatic garage door openers.
• 2 years warranty on the guide rails for garage door drives.
• 2 years warranty on radio control, additional equipment, and special devices.

**Entrance Doors for Residential Buildings**

• 10 years warranty on the panel of aluminum entrance doors.
• 5 years warranty on the panel of steel entrance doors.
• 2 years warranty on moving parts of the doors (hinges, drives, accessories).

**Industrial Doors**

• 2 years warranty on the door panel.
• 2 years warranty on drives, radio control, and special devices.
• 2 years warranty on moving parts of the doors (hinges, rollers, springs).
