The sectional garage door, manufactured by the German company Hörmann, model RenoMatic 2024, is designed for individual residential construction. The door has dimensions of standard, with a width of 2500 mm and a height of 2125 mm.

Sections

Each of the 4 segments of the garage door has 1 additional rib. In the manufacturer\'s informational materials, they are designated as type M ribs – medium. The sections of the garage door are made of two layers of hot-dip galvanized sheet metal approximately 1 mm thick, with a foam filling in between that serves as thermal insulation. The external surface of the segments is coated with paint in the color RAL7016. The internal surface of the segments is coated with paint in the color RAL9002. The side frames have a white Woodgrain surface. For an additional charge, frame covers can be purchased in the same color as the segments. The set also includes a lintel alignment cover. Its surface and color match the color of the garage door segments.

Type Z Guidance - Tension Springs

In its basic configuration, the door is equipped with type Z guidance. This type of guidance features a compact design, ideal for installation in spaces with limited height under the ceiling. The balancing system relies on double tension springs and two carrying cables, which are mounted along the guides on both sides of the door.

Lintel

Required space and mounting dimensions are among the most important parameters of any door. This door requires relatively little space, only 115 mm of lintel height and a minimum of 90 mm on each side. When using the ThermoFrame set to increase the door’s thermal insulation, the required lintel height is 145 mm.

Height to Ceiling

Another very important parameter. For a standard door, the ceiling must not be too low, but also not too high. In the case of ceilings that are too low, the door simply cannot be installed. For very high ceilings, additional mounting elements must be purchased or a supporting structure must be constructed.

Mounting Dimensions

The calculated mounting dimensions for this door, along with the standard type Z guidance, are shown in the adjacent diagrams. All dimensions are provided in millimeters.

Finishing Options

In the standard version, the guides and connecting rails are not painted. If the Premium or Premium Plus* version is chosen, the frame, guides, and connecting rails will be painted in white-grey based on RAL9002.

The Premium and Premium Plus versions are not available for RenoMatic 2024 doors.

10-year warranty from the manufacturer for all garage gates in accordance with the Warranty Terms.

5-year warranty from the manufacturer for all drives in accordance with the Warranty Terms.

24-month warranty from the manufacturer for all accessories, including remote controls, in accordance with the Warranty Terms.
